Due Diligence
As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains, we
have adopted the following due diligence procedures:
As a consultancy, our direct influence on traditional supply chains might be limited, but we recognise the
importance of vigilance against modern slavery within our network of relationships and services. Currently, we are in the
process of developing and implementing comprehensive due diligence procedures designed to prevent modern slavery and
human trafficking within our operations and wider network.
Our planned measures include.
Developing an Internal Policy on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking: Crafting a clear policy that outlines our stance
against modern slavery and human trafficking, which will be communicated across our operations and to all our partners.
Risk Assessment: Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify and address any potential risks of modern slavery
within our network. This includes evaluating our service providers, partners, and any other business relationships.
Training and Awareness: Implementing training programs for our staff to recognize the signs of modern slavery and human
trafficking. This will ensure that all employees are informed about the importance of ethical recruitment practices.
Supplier and Partner Engagement: While we do not engage with suppliers in the traditional sense, we plan to establish clear
communication with our partners regarding our expectations for ethical practices, including adherence to our policies
against modern slavery and human trafficking.
Monitoring and Reporting Mechanisms: Setting up mechanisms for monitoring compliance and reporting any concerns
related to modern slavery within our network.
We are committed to continuous improvement and are actively working towards establishing these procedures to ensure
our operations and extended network uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and compliance with legislation on
modern slavery.
Our due diligence procedures aim to:
Identify and action potential risks in our business and supply chains.

Reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains.
Risk and Compliance
The Company has evaluated the nature and extent of its exposure to the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in
its UK supply chain through:

We do not consider that we operate in a high-risk environment because For businesses in these sectors, evaluating and
managing the risk of modern slavery involves:
Due Diligence: Conducting thorough background checks on suppliers and clients, understanding their business practices,
and ensuring compliance with labour laws and human rights standards.
Audits and Assessments: Regularly auditing supply chains, including direct suppliers and subcontractors, to ensure
transparency and compliance.
Training and Awareness: Educating employees about modern slavery, how to spot potential signs, and what actions to take
if they suspect exploitation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with NGOs, industry groups, and regulatory bodies to share best practices and
strengthen overall industry standards..
We do not tolerate slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains. Where there is evidence of failure to comply with
our procedures by any of our suppliers, we will seek to terminate our relationship with that supplier immediately.

trafficking is not taking place in its business and supply chains. These KPIs are as follows:
We will contact suppliers to enquire about their modern slavery practices every 12 months.
Next Steps
In the next financial year, we intend to take the following steps to tackle slavery and human trafficking by:
1. Enhancing Awareness and Training: We plan to introduce comprehensive training programs for our employees and
management to recognise the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking. This training will ensure that our staff is
equipped with the knowledge to act appropriately and report any suspicions of modern slavery.
2. Strengthening Supplier Due Diligence: To ensure our supply chains are free from modern slavery, we will implement
more rigorous due diligence processes. This includes conducting annual audits, requiring suppliers to demonstrate their
compliance with anti-slavery policies, and encouraging transparency in labour practices.
3. Establishing a Reporting Mechanism: We will introduce a confidential reporting mechanism for employees, suppliers,
and customers to report any concerns or suspicions related to modern slavery. This mechanism will be designed to protect
the anonymity of the reporter to encourage open and honest reporting.
4. Collaborating with Stakeholders: Recognising that tackling modern slavery is a collective effort, we plan to engage more
actively with our business partners, industry groups, NGOs, and regulatory bodies. Through collaboration, we can share
best practices, learn from others, and contribute to broader efforts to eradicate modern slavery.
5. Continuous Review and Improvement: Our policies and practices to combat modern slavery will be subject to ongoing
review. This will ensure they remain effective and responsive to new risks as our business evolves. We are committed to
continuous improvement in our approach to addressing modern slavery.
